With each project inquiry that M.E.G. receives, Meghan and her team will evaluate the client’s needs and provide a proposal that includes a custom-fit team of experts and staffers to best service the project. With headquarters offices in San Antonio, TX and a satellite office in Los Angeles, CA, M.E.G.’s mobile office can expand to any size and any location required to get the job done.

Meghan BeavinMeghan alone brings over ten years of event and production management to the table. Over the years, she has booked major entertainment and Executive Produced numerous special events, concerts, and festivals. Meghan is revered for her extreme attention to detail and her ability to integrate and clearly communicate to event teams consisting of all sizes and personalities. From the committee of philanthropists to the stagehands on deck, Meghan ensures that every member of the team is both well-informed and enlisted to provide the best job possible. Meghan’s presence and calm control of her projects creates a comfortable and stable atmosphere in which her team can flourish.
